Welcome to the Health PEI Policy Document Management System (PDMS). Policy Documents managed in the PDMS include: policies and procedures, protocol documents, clinical standards, guidelines and Health PEI Protocols. This central repository is the source of truth for Health PEI.
Upcoming Policy 101 Sessions
Virtual Policy 101 Sessions will be held on the below dates/times. To register for the session(s), please email the Health PEI Policy Office.
- Policy 101 Session 1- Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 1 pm - 3 pm.
- Policy 101 Session 2 - Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 1 pm - 2pm.
New Templates Coming January 1, 2026
The Health PEI Policy Office is updating our templates. Effective January 1, 2026 all policy documents submitted for Policy Office review must be in the new templates. The updated Policy and Procedure Template Guide is available for early adoption. Template guides for guidelines, standards and protocol documents will be added as they become available.
Policy documents that received final review and formatting from the Policy Office from June 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 will be exempt until their next review cycle. If you have any concerns or questions on the exemption status of your policy document, please contact the Health PEI Policy Office.
